Job Title: Kitchen Porter

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, between Monday – Sunday (shift work)
Salary: £13.75 per hour
Introduction of a Night Shift Allowance of 0.85ph with hours worked between 23:59pm - 06:00 am
We are seeking candidates for an exciting opportunity to join a high-flying team of hospitality professionals and to continually improve the Aspire Executive Lounge offering to meet our ambition of being the Best Lounge provider globally.
Job Summary:
The Kitchen Porter reports to the Team Leader and is a key member of the back of house team, assisting the Cook and Store team to ensure guest expectations are met and exceeded, so they leave our lounges feeling Welcome, Relaxed & Energised.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading of the dishwasher.
- Receive and store stock delivery and rotation.
- Waste away services following recycling procedures.
- Restocking of cleaned crockery.
- Maintaining high levels of hygiene in all areas.
- Assist the chef with retrieving stock required.
- Assist the Chef with applying the Food Safety Management System consistently.
- Adhoc reasonable requests by local leadership team.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Competences:
- Background in kitchen environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team or be self-motivated to complete tasks.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures and to apply flexibility when required.
- Flexible to work shifts throughout the week.
