We are searching for a Kitchen Porter—someone who has character, passion, and a commitment to excellence. Here, you’ll be the backbone of our culinary world, ensuring flawless operations behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supply and stocking: Maintain a clean and robust supply of dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and other essential kitchen items, ensuring all outlets across the hotel have the tools they need.
- Kitchen maintenance: Uphold impeccable cleanliness in the kitchen and its environs.
- Project execution: Assist Senior Managers in completing assigned tasks or initiatives aimed at enhancing kitchen operations.
