Kitchen Porter – Full-Time (37.5 Hours/Week)
About the Role
Restaurant Associates requires a dedicated Kitchen Porter to contribute to a dynamic and high-standard food service environment. This full-time role (contract 37.5 hours/week) focuses on maintaining exceptional cleanliness, supporting kitchen operations, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Ideal team members will help us push boundaries as we invest in our teams, celebrate individuality, and create an inclusive environment where talent is recognised and nurtured.
Shift Pattern
- Monday to Friday: Full time (day shifts)
- *Saturday/Sunday:_ Availability open for discussion
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to prepare fresh food
- Ensure chefs have all necessary equipment and inventory for seamless service
- Assist in perfecting drinks and food presentation to delight customers
- Foster a positive team culture while representing Compass Group UK&I
