About The Role
As a Kitchen Porter at Hawksmoor, you’ll be a vital part of the kitchen team, helping keep everything clean, organised, and running smoothly. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll support chefs during service and play a key part in maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and organised throughout service
- Wash dishes, pots, and kitchen equipment to a high standard
- Support chefs with basic prep and general tasks when needed
- Manage waste and recycling responsibly
- Assist with deliveries and stock organisation
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Who You Are
- Reliable, hardworking, and happy to get stuck in
- Comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment
- A strong team player who takes pride in doing things properly
- Organised and able to work efficiently under pressure
- Previous kitchen experience is helpful but **not essential—**full training provided
