Kitchen Porter
Nipotina is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team. This full-time position is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about the culinary industry and eager to contribute to the smooth operation of our kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring all kitchen areas are clean and sanitised, including work surfaces, floors, and walls.
- Assisting with dishwashing duties and managing the organisation of dishes and kitchen utensils.
- Supporting the kitchen staff by ensuring that all equipment and ingredients are properly prepared and accessible.
- Removing waste and recycling in line with the restaurant's environmental policies.
- Assisting with the receipt of deliveries and organising storage areas.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
- Contributing positively to the team and fostering a harmonious working environment.

Requirements
- A hard-working and positive attitude with a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Thorough attention to detail, excellent time management and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good communication skills and willingness to support other team members.
- Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required by the restaurant's schedule.
- Right to work in UK.
