About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Dishwashing: Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment—either by hand or using industrial dishwashers.
- Kitchen Cleanliness: Sanitise surfaces, countertops, prep areas, and equipment; empty bins and ensure responsible waste disposal.
- Food Preparation: Assist chefs and cooks with basic tasks—peeling, chopping, slicing, and prepping ingredients.
- Inventory Management: Help with stocking, organising, and storing kitchen supplies while assisting in supply receipts.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and functionality of equipment.

About You
Requirements
- No formal education required, though a high school diploma/GSCE equivalent is advantageous.
- Physical robustness: Stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects.
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and equipment is positively viewed.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills—collaboration is part of our culture!
