What Will You Be Doing?
- Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy, and running smoothly throughout every service
- Washing and organising crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils to a high standard
- Supporting the chefs with basic food preparation when needed
- Managing waste, recycling, and deliveries efficiently and responsibly
- Maintaining strict food hygiene and health and safety standards at all times
- Deep cleaning kitchen equipment, floors, and storage areas on rotation
- Being a proactive, reliable member of a close-knit team

What Do You Need?
- A strong work ethic and a genuine sense of pride in your work
- The ability to stay calm, focused, and quick during a busy service
- A team-first attitude and a willingness to muck in wherever needed
- Reliability, energy, and a positive approach every shift
- An understanding of, or eagerness to learn, food hygiene and safety standards
- The Right to Work in the UK
