Kitchen Porter
Your role is to support the kitchen operations by cleaning equipment and areas, adhering to safety regulations and guidance. To provide a speedy and efficient support service to front of house teams making sure equipment is cleaned to a high standard and readily available.
Requirements
To successfully fill this role as Kitchen Porter at The Mole, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

- Flexibility with regard to shift patterns
Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Porter at The Mole, you will perform tasks and follow instructions given to you by a Senior Chef, to ensure a clean and hygienic kitchen. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- To assist in maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen.
- To maintain cleaning records
- To wash crockery, cutlery and pans to a high standard.
- To support the chefs on a daily basis in the collection of stock.
- To keep storage areas in a clean and hygienic manner, reducing wastage where possible.
- To undertake any training as required by your manager,
- To keep waste areas clean and tidy.
- Complete any training as required to carry out your role
