Location: IWM Duxford Salary: £26,500 per annum Contract: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7. Weekend and evening work is required
As a Kitchen Porter you will work as part of the wider kitchen team to ensure that the overall kitchen runs smoothly. You will use your skills to maintain a high standard of customer care and cleanliness. Due to the location of IWM Duxford, it is essential that you are able to get to and from site without relying on public transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the kitchen is always kept at a high standard of cleanliness
- Working quickly to prepare fresh food in a busy kitchen
- Guaranteeing our chefs have everything they need to make our fresh dishes
- Being an enthusiastic team player
- Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
- Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations
