About Ullswater Inn

Kitchen Porter Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Porter at Ullswater Inn, you'll be central to maintaining high standards of hygiene and operational seamlessness within the kitchen. You’ll:
- Serve as a key support member, ensuring food safety and cleanliness
- Maintain the wash-up area, including efficient dishwashing tasks
- Clean kitchen equipment diligently, adhering to strict practices
- Assist with basic food preparation
- Work closely with the kitchen team, demonstrating confidence and efficiency
- Adhere to strict personal presentation standards and uphold a courteous and professional demeanour in dealings with colleagues and customers
- Follow cleaning schedules and handle any additional responsibilities as assigned
