Key Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Porter, your role includes:
- Setting up and closing the potwash area while supporting other kitchen stations
- Adhering to dishwashing, grease-management, and hand-hygiene procedures
- Cleaning, polishing, and storing cutlery
- Managing waste, recycling, and delivery reception while ensuring correct storage
- Rotating stock and maintaining cleanliness in fridges, freezers, and storage areas
- Completing defrost, preparation, and general cleaning tasks under a clean-as-you-go approach
- Upholding high standards of food safety, storage, and kitchen hygiene
Our pubs operate early (10 AM) and late (until 23:00), offering unmatched flexibility with shifts available in mornings, evenings, weekends, and late finishes.
