At Rick Stein Restaurants, we’re passionate about fresh seafood, simple cooking done brilliantly, and kitchens that run smoothly behind the scenes. Our kitchen porters play a vital role in making that happen, and we’re now looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing
Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running efficiently Washing dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment to a high standard Supporting the chefs with basic food prep when needed Maintaining hygiene, health & safety, and food safety standards at all times Helping with deliveries, waste management, and stock organisation Being a key team player in a fast-paced, professional kitchen

What We’re Looking For
A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic Pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation Ability to work well as part of a team in a busy environment Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail Previous kitchen porter experience is helpful, but not essential – full training provided
