Kitchen Sales Designer

Kitchen Sales Designer (No Experience Needed)

Location

Oxford

Working Hours

Monday – Friday & every other Saturday morning. (No late evenings or Sunday working! Flexible working options available—discussed during interview.)

A full UK driving license and business insurance are mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, your role blends **customer service, sales, and CAD design to deliver exceptional kitchens that last.

  • Sell and design kitchens with confidence, translating customer dreams into profitable sales.
  • Build trust through exceptional service, working collaboratively with trade and private customers.
  • Use CAD software to create bespoke kitchen designs that exceed client expectations.
  • Visit customers at home or on-site to gather requirements and deliver inspirational designs.
  • Drive revenue by exceeding sales targets—your ability to convert leads into sales will determine your success.
  • Ensure safety at all times, adhering to all company safety policies.

Requirements

  • A full & valid UK driving license (with business insurance).
  • No prior industry experience needed—we value transferable skills and a passion for sales & customer service.
  • Proven ability to meet & exceed sales targets (even without direct experience).
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and motivated—exceptional in both planning and execution.
  • Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills, ensuring customers feel heard and valued.
  • Approachable, ambitious, and confident—eager to develop long-term relationships and close sales.
  • Deep product knowledge interest (training provided on the job).
