Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by consistently achieving depot targets and profit goals
- Build trusted relationships with trade customers, managing induction visits, consultations, and project support
- Deliver exceptional customer service from initial meeting to kitchen installation
- Conduct home visits to measure and understand client requirements
- Negotiate prices confidently while preserving profit margins and design integrity
- Plan and create inspirational, practical kitchen designs using design software (training provided)
What We're Looking For
- Results-driven mindset with proven ability to hit sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication skills—able to clearly articulate ideas and ideas
- Full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle for home visits
- Strong attention to detail and eye for practical, appealing design
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment
