Kitchen Sales Designer
Kitchen Sales Designer – Join the UK's No1 Trade Kitchen Supplier
About the Role
Howdens is recruiting fast-paced, commercially minded Kitchen Sales Designers who excel in sales environments, building strong relationships and influencing buying decisions to exceed targets. Prior design experience isn’t required—you’ll receive comprehensive training in sales and design to deliver exceptional kitchens for trade customers.

What We’re Looking For (Essential Requirements)
- Proven ability to drive results and meet sales targets/KPIs
- Excellent relationship-building skills with trade customers and clients
- Strong communication skills (clearly conveying ideas confidently)
- Valid UK driving licence (access to your own vehicle for home visits essential)
- Attention to detail and a sharp eye for design
- (Preferred but not mandatory) Experience with CAD (training provided otherwise)

Your Responsibilities
- Achieve depot sales targets to maximise profit and performance
- Build & retain customer relationships, delivering top-tier design support
- Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish
- Conduct home visits to measure and understand client needs
- Confidently negotiate prices while maintaining profitability and design standards
- Design inspirational, practical kitchens, leveraging product expertise to guide clients and resolve queries
