Position: Kitchen Shift Leader
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal
Pay Rates: £14.71 per hour

Guests rely on you to show strong leadership—ensuring smooth operation, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene, and keeping everyone motivated. As the driving force behind each shift, you’ll manage tasks effectively, uphold team spirits, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while staying compliant with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate your team by assigning tasks, maintaining an efficient workflow, and ensuring high-performance standards.
- Offer prompt and professional guest service, addressing concerns and special requests with care.
- Oversee food preparation, guaranteeing quality, taste, and adherence to company standards.
- Enforce safety, hygiene, and cleanliness regulations strictly.
- Support training new staff on expected practices and company protocols.
- Step up when needed to take full charge as shift leader while assisting with team duties.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Deputy Kitchen Manager or Second Chef / Sous Chef.
- Proven leadership and communication skills—capable of guiding, supporting, and motivating team members.
- A detail-oriented attitude, particularly when handling food orders and maintaining accuracy.
- Commitment to customer-focused excellence and delivering the highest service standards.
- Availability for flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays when required.
