The Role

As part of our team, your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to the correct specification.
  • Operating kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and microwaves.
  • Working together to meet time and quality targets.
  • Adhering to:
    • Food hygiene and allergen standards
    • Health & safety guidelines
  • Cleaning as you work, including full kitchen clean-downs.
  • Rotating stock and storing food safely.
  • Completing:
    • Induction training
    • Role-specific training
    • Ongoing refresher training
    • Contributing to continuous improvement.

Our pubs operate from early morning to late, offering flexible shift patterns, including:

  • Mornings
  • Evenings
  • Weekends
  • Late finishes
