The Role
As part of our team, your responsibilities include:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to the correct specification.
- Operating kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and microwaves.
- Working together to meet time and quality targets.
- Adhering to:
- Food hygiene and allergen standards
- Health & safety guidelines
- Cleaning as you work, including full kitchen clean-downs.
- Rotating stock and storing food safely.
- Completing:
- Induction training
- Role-specific training
- Ongoing refresher training
- Contributing to continuous improvement.
Our pubs operate from early morning to late, offering flexible shift patterns, including:
- Mornings
- Evenings
- Weekends
- Late finishes
