The Role
As a Kitchen Staff Member, you’ll support your team in preparing and presenting food with precision, keeping the kitchen efficient, clean, and safe. Our pubs operate long hours, so we offer lots of flexibility, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and late shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present food to precise standards
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, microwaves, and more
- Work as a team to meet time and quality targets
- Adhere to food hygiene, allergen control, health, and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness through cleaning as you go and full kitchen clean-downs
- Manage rotating stock and store food safely
- Attend induction, role-specific training, and ongoing refresher modules
