Responsibilities

Core Duties

  • Prepare, cook, and present food to exact quality specifications
  • Operate kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, microwaves, etc.)
  • Work collaboratively to meet timely production and quality targets
  • Adhere to food hygiene and allergen standards, plus health and safety regulations
  • Clean as you go, including full kitchen cleaning procedures
  • Manage food stock rotation and safe storage practices

Training & Development

  • Complete required induction, role-specific, and refresher training
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
