Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Prepare, cook, and present food to exact quality specifications
- Operate kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, microwaves, etc.)
- Work collaboratively to meet timely production and quality targets
- Adhere to food hygiene and allergen standards, plus health and safety regulations
- Clean as you go, including full kitchen cleaning procedures
- Manage food stock rotation and safe storage practices
Training & Development
- Complete required induction, role-specific, and refresher training
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
