The Role
As part of our kitchen team, you’ll support the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food while upholding high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service. Our pubs operate early morning to late night, so shifts are flexible, catering for:
- Mornings, evenings, weekends
- Late finishes
Key Duties:
- Prepare, cook, and present food to exact specifications
- Operate kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, microwaves, etc.)
- Work efficiently as a team to meet time and quality targets
- Comply with food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness, including full kitchen clean-downs
- Rotate and safely store food stock
- Enrol in required induction training and ongoing refresher courses
- Contribute to continuous improvement in the kitchen
