The Role

As a kitchen staff member, you’ll work as part of a team to:

  • Prepare, cook, and present food to specification
  • Operate kitchen stations, including grills, fryers and microwaves
  • Meet time and quality targets through teamwork
  • Follow food hygiene, allergen, health and safety standards
  • Clean as you go, including full kitchen clean-downs
  • Rotate stock and store food safely
  • Complete induction, role-specific and ongoing training, while contributing to continuous improvement

Our pubs are open early and late, so shifts are flexible—including mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes.
