The Role
As a kitchen staff member, you’ll work as part of a team to:
- Prepare, cook, and present food to specification
- Operate kitchen stations, including grills, fryers and microwaves
- Meet time and quality targets through teamwork
- Follow food hygiene, allergen, health and safety standards
- Clean as you go, including full kitchen clean-downs
- Rotate stock and store food safely
- Complete induction, role-specific and ongoing training, while contributing to continuous improvement
Our pubs are open early and late, so shifts are flexible—including mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes.

Hours per Week
