Job Title: Kitchen Staff

Job Ref: 658088 Location: The Parchment Makers, Havant Salary: £12.91 per hour (+ £1 extra for midnight-5:59am shifts) Closing Date: 06-07-2026 Hours Per Week: 12 (flexible shifts)

The Role: Responsibilities

Your key tasks include:

  • Food preparation, cooking and presentation to high standards
  • Operating kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, microwaves, etc.)
  • Collaborating as part of a team to meet time and quality targets
  • Adhering to food hygiene, allergen safety, and health & safety protocols
  • Maintaining cleanliness—real-time tidying and full kitchen clean-downs
  • Managing stock rotation and safe food storage
  • Attending training (induction, role-specific, and ongoing refresher sessions)
  • Supporting continuous improvement in kitchen operations

Shifts: Early mornings through to late-night work. Hours: Mon-Sun, typically 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM (flexible patterns).
