BabTooma UK is a Halal Middle Eastern restaurant that has been serving guests in Yorkshire since 2016. The restaurant is known for authentic Syrian cuisine, offering a welcoming atmosphere where guests can experience genuine Syrian hospitality. Role Description
This full-time on-site role in Leeds for kitchen staff and floor staff, supporting smooth daily operations of the restaurant.

Floor Staff Responsibilities
- Welcome guests
- Take orders
- Serve food and beverages
- Provide responsive customer service
- Keep the dining area clean and organized
All team members will work collaboratively, follow health and safety procedures, and support colleagues during busy periods to uphold BabTooma UK’s service and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Food Preparation and Cooking skills, with attention to quality and consistency.
- Candidates should demonstrate solid Hygiene and basic food safety knowledge, following all health and cleanliness guidelines.
- Candidates should have effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in a middle eastern cuisine restaurant or café is mandatory.
- Must have work permit.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
