Duties
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting food to exact specifications
- Operating kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, microwaves etc.)
- Collaborating as part of a team to meet time and quality standards
- Adhering to food hygiene, allergen compliance, health & safety protocols
- Maintaining cleanliness during shifts and performing full kitchen clean-downs
- Safe rotation and storage of food stock
- Induction & refresher training (mandatory, ongoing)

Our pubs operate long hours, so we cater to a range of schedules:
- Mornings, evenings, weekends
- Late finishes (extended opening hours)
Expected weekly hours: Monday–Friday: Flexible Saturday: 6 hours (6:00am–2:30am) Sunday: Flexible
