Hours per Week: 20 (flexible roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and late shifts)

Key Responsibilities
As part of the kitchen team, your main duties include:
Food Preparation & Cooking
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to the correct standard and specifications
- Operating kitchen workstations (grills, fryers, microwaves, and more)
Team & Timeliness
- Working efficiently as part of a team to meet time and quality targets
Hygiene, Safety & Cleaning
- Strict adherence to:
- Food hygiene & allergen laws
- Health and safety standards
- Cleaning as you go, including daily kitchen clean-downs
- Rotating stock and safely storing food
Training & Development
- Completing induction, role-specific training, and ongoing refreshers
- Contributing to continuous improvement in kitchen efficiency
