Responsibilities
As part of the Kitchen Team, you will:
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals per specification
- Operate equipment (grills, fryers, microwaves etc.) safely
- Collaborate with the team to:
- Meet time and quality targets
- Maintain food hygiene, allergen compliance, and health & safety standards
- Adhere to:
- Clean-as-you-go cleaning methods
- Full kitchen sanitisation
- Safe food rotation & storage practices
- Complete required training programmes (induction, role-specific)
- Contribute to continuous improvement processes
