What You’ll Be Doing
As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll be at the core of a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, preparing and cooking food quickly, accurately, and to a consistently high standard. You’ll work across stations to keep service moving during busy periods, supporting speed of service while maintaining:

- Food safety, quality, and great teamwork
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting menu items quickly and accurately during peak service
- Working efficiently across kitchen stations to maintain pace, flow, and consistency
- Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures at all times
- Supporting fast turnaround through effective prep, stock rotation, and organisation
- Setting up and closing down the kitchen to ensure continuous readiness for service
- Keeping kitchen areas clean, stocked, and service-ready throughout the shift
- Working as One Team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
