Tax-Star L/status and Gratuity (Tronc)
As part of working in hospitality, we use a Tronc system (card gratuity) to fairly distribute server/tip payments—shared equally between all staff, including non-waiting teams. This amount is added to your pay at the end of each period and counts toward your tips earnings.
