What You’ll Bring
Creativity, energy, and vision. You’ll craft our iconic pizza and pasta while living the PizzaExpress experience from behind the scenes—enlivening the moment for customers so every bite leaves a lasting impression.
Your Role: Going Beyond the Flour (and Cheese)
- Food prep and dough management – From kneading dough to perfecting the base, you’ll handle everything that goes into our bestselling slices.
- Cooking iconic pizza and pasta – Our menu is legendary, but only because of the staff who love making it. You’ll master our signature pies and pastas.
- Work in a dynamic, high-energy environment – Quick, creative, and fast-paced is the norm. If you love hustle, this is your kitchen turf.

Pay Rates:

Training phase? £12.21/hour – Foundational fuel to get you started.

Upgrade mastery? £12.52–£12.90/hour – After you’ve taken the chef test and passed it with success.
