Kitchen Team Leader

About the Role

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has everything they need so service runs like clockwork. You’ll support your team by encouraging teamwork and ensuring every dish served meets the highest standards.

Qualifications & Duties

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specifications and customer expectations
  • Maintain cleaning, hygiene, and safety regulations to protect your team and guests
  • Depểu and support the multiple management team when needed, resolving issues effectively
  • Organise and coordinate the team during busy service, ensuring everything runs smoothly
