Key Traits We're Looking For:
- The ability to support, coach, and mentor your team effectively
- A strong understanding of food preparation techniques and knowledge
- Current certifications in COSHH, Food Safety, Health & Safety (H&S), and legal compliance
- A willingness to continue learning personally while driving team growth at Ark
Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Team Leader, your key duties include:

- Assisting with food preparation while collaborating closely with the Kitchen Manager
- Ensuring consistent high-quality output that meets our guest specifications
- Supervising and leading the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager
- Supporting stock management, ordering supplies, and inventory control
- Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and impressive standards in the kitchen environment
- Implementing innovative ideas to improve kitchen efficiency and performance
- Driving the team towards achieving set company targets
