The Opportunity

Key Traits We're Looking For:

  • The ability to support, coach, and mentor your team effectively
  • A strong understanding of food preparation techniques and knowledge
  • Current certifications in COSHH, Food Safety, Health & Safety (H&S), and legal compliance
  • A willingness to continue learning personally while driving team growth at Ark

  • Assisting with food preparation while collaborating closely with the Kitchen Manager
  • Ensuring consistent high-quality output that meets our guest specifications
  • Supervising and leading the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager
  • Supporting stock management, ordering supplies, and inventory control
  • Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and impressive standards in the kitchen environment
  • Implementing innovative ideas to improve kitchen efficiency and performance
  • Driving the team towards achieving set company targets
