As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring your team has everything they need for seamless service. You’ll foster a supportive environment, encouraging collaboration and maintaining the highest culinary standards in every dish served.
About the Role
You’ll:
- Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specifications and customer expectations.
- Uphold kitchen hygiene, safety regulations, and operational standards.
- Deputise for management, resolving issues efficiently in their absence.
- Organise and coordinate the team during peak hours, ensuring smooth service.
