Responsibilities
As Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll:
- Train and motivate chefs to deliver outstanding food, keeping morale and standards high.
- Drive revenue targets with your team—collaborative success takes you further.
- Coordinate food ordering, prep, and stock management—efficiency is key.
- Master the art of branded menu execution—consistency underpinning quality.
- Ensure full health and hygiene compliance—safety first for our guests and your team.
