Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will:
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality food that meets specs and exceeds customer expectations.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, protecting your team and guests.
- Act as a deputy manager, resolving issues in the team’s absence.
- Coordinate and motivate the kitchen staff during busy services to ensure seamless operations.
