We are now hiring for the role of Kitchen Team Leader.


Responsibilities

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll set the standard by ensuring your team has what they need for a seamless, professional service. This includes:

  • Supporting your team by fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Ensuring every dish is delivered to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Setting a practical example of dedication and professionalism.

Key Duties:

  • Much more than just cooking – Prepare, cook, and serve food that adheres to strict specifications and meets customer expectations.
  • Safety first – Maintain exceptional hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen to protect the entire team and guests.
  • Step up for management – Deputise when necessary and address and resolve in-depth operational challenges when team leaders are unavailable.
  • Manage smoothly under pressure – Organise and coordinate team efforts efficiently during peak service periods to ensure a smooth, professional operation.
