Kitchen Team Leader

Kitchen Team Leader
Job Description As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll set the standard by leading with a role model mindset—guarding the focus to ensure the team is well-supported and service operates smoothly. You’ll provide guidance, assist teamwork, and relentlessly uphold high quality across every dish served.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all food prepared meets customer expectations and specified standards.
- Maintain hygiene and safety regulations within the kitchen to protect your team and guests.
- Deputise for management when needed, addressing issues and resolving challenges effectively.
- Organise and coordinate the team during service, keeping operations efficient.
