About the Role
As Kitchen Team Leader at the Jolly Gardeners, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to create a high-performing, motivated kitchen team. This role is for someone passionate about delivering great food, training exceptional staff, and leading with energy and confidence.

- Train and motivate Kitchen Staff and Chefs to deliver exceptional service and food.
- Drive team performance to meet set targets and standards.
- Ensure accurate food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
- Perfactly execute our branded menu—balancing creativity and consistency.
- Regularly audit your team’s hygiene and regulatory compliance.
