Qualifications & Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will:
- Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
- Maintain hygiene & safety standards to ensure team and guest security.
- Deputise for management, resolving issues smoothly in their absence.
- Organise and coordinate the team during peak, ensuring seamless operations.
