Kitchen Team Leader – Hollybrook (Ember Inns, Mitchells & Butlers)

The role: Kitchen Team Leader

As Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll:

  • Train and motivate your Chef and kitchen team to deliver exceptional food
  • Drive results, meeting targets with your team
  • Manage food ordering, preparation, and stock control
  • Nail the branded menu—mastering consistency and quality
  • Ensure health, hygiene, and food safety compliance across the team
