As the Kitchen Team Leader at Peartree Bridge Inn (under the Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery umbrella), you’ll work closely alongside the Head Chef to build a kitchen team passionate about delivering exceptional food every day. Key Responsibilities as Kitchen Team Leader
You’ll lead with energy and focus on these core duties:
- Train and inspire kitchen staff to consistently deliver high-quality food
- Motivate your team to meet and exceed targets
- Assist with food ordering, preparation, and stock management
- Master branded menu execution and maintain consistency
- Ensure health, hygiene, and food safety standards are met
- Foster a positive team culture, where everyone feels valued
