As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring your team has everything needed for seamless service and consistently delivering dishes of the highest standards.

Qualifications

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will:

  • Prepare, cook, and present food that meet specs and customer expectations
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen to protect both staff and guests
  • Deputise for management, resolving any issues in their absence
  • Co-ordinate team workflow during peak service hours, ensuring efficiency
