Qualifications
As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will:
- Prepare, cook, and present food that meet specs and customer expectations
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen to protect both staff and guests
- Deputise for management, resolving any issues in their absence
- Co-ordinate team workflow during peak service hours, ensuring efficiency
