Kitchen Team Leader

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring your team has everything they need so service runs like clockwork! Your role includes:

  • Supporting the team by encouraging collaboration
  • Ensuring every dish served meets the highest standards

About the Role

You’ll:

  • Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specifications and customer expectations
  • Maintain hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen
  • Deputise for management, resolving issues when needed
  • Coordinate the team during busy service to ensure smooth operation
