About the Role
As Kitchen Team Leader at The Beagle, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be the master of the menu, passionate about serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?

What Will You Be Doing?
As Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll:
- Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver exceptional food.
- Drive your team to meet targets with focused leadership.
- Support with food ordering, preparation, and stock control—keeping everything running smoothly.
- Master branded menu operations—keeping standards high and consistent.
- Ensure strict adherence to health & hygiene regulations in the kitchen.
