As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring your team has everything they need to deliver seamless, high-quality service every shift.

You’ll support your team by:

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Food quality: Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes that meet exact standards
  • Hygiene & safety: Upholding the highest kitchen, food safety, and sanitary regulations
  • Team leadership: Acting as first-line management, deputising for management during shifts, resolving operational or staffing challenges
  • Servicing coordination: Organising crews during peak pressures to maintain efficiency and service tempo
