The Role – Kitchen Team Leader

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring your team has everything they need to deliver seamless service. You’ll foster a positive working environment, encouraging collaboration and upholding the highest standards in every dish served.

key responsibilities

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will:

  • Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations, ensuring consistent quality.
  • Maintain strict hygiene levels and safety regulations within the kitchen to protect the team and guests.
  • Deputise for management and resolve issues in their absence, keeping operations running smoothly.
  • Organise and coordinate the kitchen team during peak demand, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
