The Role: Kitchen Team Leader at Cuckfield, Castle Pubs
Are you a menu maestro with a passion for serving top-tier food and developing a kitchen team? If yes, this is your chance to help the Head Chef build a kitchen they’ll truly be proud of.
Responsibilities
As Kitchen Team Leader, your key focus will be:
- Training & Inspiring – Lead and mentor your chefs and kitchen team to deliver deliciously proud food consistently.
- Driving Success – Set and smash sales and efficiency targets with your team.
- Supply & Stock – Oversee food ordering, preparation, and stock control without a hitch.
- Menu Mastery – Flourish in the role of a branded menu expert, delivering in line with Castle Pubs’ signature offerings.
- Compliance & Safety – Ensure your kitchen team strictly adheres to health and hygiene regulations.
