As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring your team has everything they need so that service runs efficiently. Your role includes encouraging and supporting your team to work harmoniously while maintaining the highest standards for every dish served.

  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen to safeguard both staff and visitors.
  • Deputise for the management team, resolving any issues that arise in their absence.
  • Help organise and coordinate the team during busy services to maintain seamless operations.
