What Will You Be Doing?

As Kitchen Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Training and mentoring Chefs and Kitchen Team Members to ensure Outstanding Food Excellence
  • Smashing targets while fostering a high-performing team culture
  • Supporting with ordering, food prep, and stock control
  • Mastering the ability to execute a branded menu flawlessly
  • Guaranteeing healing and hygiene compliance within your team

Your Skills & Experience

  • Experience dashing in hospitality or culinary environments (preferably in fine dining or steak-focused cuisine)
