Job Description
As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring:
- The team has everything they need so service runs like clockwork.
- Support is provided to help teamwork thrive.
- Every dish served meets highest standards and customer expectations.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will:
- Prepare, cook, and present food to meet specs and keep customers delighted.
- Maintain hygiene and safety regulations to protect the team and guests.
- Deputise for management and resolve any operational issues in their absence.
- Organise and coordinate the team during busy service, ensuring smooth running.
