Responsibilities

Kitchen Leadership

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll:

  • Prepare, cook, and present food that fully meets standards and customer expectations.
  • Maintain strict kitchen hygiene and safety standards to ensure the safety of your team and guests.
  • Act as a deputy manager, resolving issues or covering duties when needed.
  • Coordinate the kitchen team efficiently, ensuring seamless, on-time service even during busy shifts.
